- 7 day meal plan (this is our most popular meal plan)
- 14 day meal plan
- 4 week meal plan
How do I obtain a meal plan?
3 easy steps:
- Simply email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or phone (02) 6652 7529 and leave a message. Let us know that you are interested in one of our meal plans and we will email or phone you back.
- We will email a copyright form and details regarding payment options. We will also email a simple questionnaire for you to complete. This is designed to give us information regarding your medical history, dietary preferences, and other requirements. Once we have received your completed questionnaire, copyright form and payment, we will prepare your meal plan and email this to you.
Note: You will need to sign a copyright form verifying that the meal plan is for your exclusive use and confirming that you agree not to copy any of the information in the plan and not to distribute the meal plan to anyone else without written permission from Louise Williams - Coffs Coast Nutrition.

Nutrition consultations:
We offer the option of a once-off consultation if that's all you need. You can also arrange one or more follow up appointments at a day and time that suits you. The choice is yours. Our initial consultation is usually an hour, however we can organise a shorter or longer initial appointment (the choice is yours). Our standard review sessions are 30 minutes. We also have the option of shorter 15-20 minute review appointments.

Alternatively you may prefer to participate in one of our programs. These include:
1. "Absolute Wellness" (available in person and via phone or zoom / video)
2. "Weight No More" (available in person and via phone or zoom / video)
3. "Personal Training" package OR "Personal Training & Nutrition" package (PT sessions are available in person; nutrition consultations are available in person and via phone and zoom / video)
4. "Managing IBS" (available in person and via phone and zoom / video)

- You will be offered the option of either transferring payment to Coffs Coast Nutrition, or paying via credit card
- Go to the tab titled "Make an Appointment" which is on the right hand side of our home page. Complete both sections

1. "Absolute Wellness" program
Gain control over your health and feel happier and more energized.

- 1 x initial health and nutrition assessment (up to 1 hour)
- 4 x 25 minute weekly, fortnightly or monthly health and nutrition consultations (either in person or via phone or email)
- 3 x one-on-one personal training sessions
- 1 x meal planning plate + book
- 4 week meal planner + recipes
- Free vegetables book + recipes
- Option of paying for more nutrition sessions, if desired
2. "Weight No More" program
We’ll provide handy weight management tips and simple solutions and guide you towards healthy food choices without turning your lifestyle upside down. Even if you feel you know what to do, we can help. It can be difficult to maintain motivation on your own, but accountability can make a huge difference.
- 1 initial nutrition assessment (up to 1 hour)
- 4 x 25 minute weekly, fortnightly or monthly nutrition consultations (consultations can be in person or via phone or email)
- 3 x one-on-one personal training sessions
- 1 x meal planning plate + book
- 4 week meal planner + recipes
- Book on mindful eating
- Option of paying for more nutrition sessions, if desired
3. "Personal Training" package - option 1:
- 10 x one-on-one personal training sessions (either indoor or outdoor, whatever you prefer)
"Personal Training & Nutrition" package (save approximately 15%) - option 2:
- You decide how many nutrition sessions and one-on-one personal training sessions you would like (up to the value of $399)
4. "Managing IBS" program
- Diagnosis of IBS
- Other conditions that need to be ruled out
- Is the low FODMAP diet the best option - for YOU?
- Step by step instructions regarding successful implementation of the 6 week low FODMAP baseline (elimination) diet
- Avoiding common mistakes, that may prevent the diet from working for you
- Ensuring nutritional adequacy
- Discussion regarding non-dietary factors that can aggravate your symptoms
- Meal and snack ideas
- Advice on how to decipher food labels
- Getting flavour and variety into your diet
- Food challenges to accurately identify which particular foods are problematic
