We believe that there is no one way of eating that suits everyone. Our Nutritionists offer customised meal plans, based on real foods. We guarantee that the information we provide is unbiased, & that we have no association with any government departments etc. Our meal plans are tailored to your individual requirements (taking into account your goals, medical history, medication, supplements, dietary preferences, time available for meal preparation & so forth).
We provide a choice of weekly, fortnightly & monthly meal plans. Each nutritionally balanced meal plan contains a variety of healthy & tasty recipes.
How do I obtain a meal plan?
We will email a questionnaire, along with information regarding payment options.
Once we have received your completed questionnaire & payment, we will prepare your customised meal plan & email this to you.
Although the best results are obtained when people utilise our meal plans in conjunction with consultations with our Nutritionists (either in person or via email or phone), it is not essential to do this.

During your initital consultation, a comprehensive nutritional assessment will be carried out & we will also ask about any specific food & nutrition concerns, as well as your medical history. After discussing & setting goals, we will provide advice that is tailored specifically to you, to fit in with your lifestyle & nutritional requirements.
