At Coffs Coast Nutrition we realise that not everyone has access to expert nutrition advice.  For some people it can be difficult to find the time to attend regular visits.  For this reason we offer nutrition assessments & advice via phone and email, in addition to our regular face-to-face consultations. 

Appointments need to be arranged in advance & payment must be made on or before the day of the appointment. We accept credit card, direct deposit, cheque or cash.

We will need you to complete our questionnaire, & return it to us, prior to your appointment. To access this questionnaire, simply click on "Services" then scroll down to "Nutrition Assessment".  At the bottom of that page you will find our questionnaire.  You can also send us additional information on your medical history, weight history, diet & activity levels, as well as your goals & expectations.  We then use this information to assess your requirements & ensure that we provide the best possible advice for your situation.

Home visits are available in the Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Nambucca, Macksville & Woolgoolga areas for an additional fee. There is no charge for this service for Veterans Affairs (DVA) recipients, however we do require a doctor's DVA referral. Other people do not require a referral.
